Absolutely! This meal plan was created specifically to help you feed your baby easily with the same meals that you eat yourself. The base recipes are created for adults and kids over the age of 2. For each recipe, we’ve included clear descriptions as well as visuals to teach you how to modify the recipes to fit the nutritional needs and eating skills of babies for several different age groups.
Yes! For week 1, there are 2 meals with chicken and 2 meals with shrimp. For week 2, there are 2 meals with beef and 2 meals with salmon. We provide suggestions for how to make them vegetarian.
- Eggs: No
- Peanut butter, nuts: Yes, you can easily swap out any peanuts and nuts used with seeds and seed butters
- Dairy: Yes, you can use any plant-based alternatives. Please be aware that the meal plan does have cheese and yogurt as well as milk in it. These are easily switched out for a dairy free version, and things like cheese can easily be left out in most cases.
